Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Luxor platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change. Images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact item - all final specifications are confirmed at point of sale.

An order placed through our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. For high-value items, our private client team may contact you to verify the order before processing. Payment is required in full prior to dispatch or collection unless a formal credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

All items are sold with the certification documentation stated in the product listing. Certificates are issued by independent third-party organisations (GIA, LBMA, COSC) and are not produced by Luxor. We take no responsibility for the independent assessment conclusions of these organisations, which are bound by their own standards and methodologies.

Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item is demonstrably not as described. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all documentation intact. Precious metals and investment products are non-returnable once a price has been fixed and confirmed.

Bespoke commissions and custom pieces are subject to separate terms agreed in writing prior to commencement. Deposit payments on bespoke orders are non-refundable. Estimated completion timelines are indicative only.

All content on this platform - including photography, editorial copy, design, and brand assets - is the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Luxor. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Luxor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the purchase of our products beyond the value of the transaction in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
